Attended Global Entrepolis @ Singapore 2011 (18-19 Oct).

So many inspiring speakers.
However, the one that really resonated was the session by Dato Idris. Amazing.
Key takeaways from both days:

Impossible goals that will consume you.
Conquer fear of failure (You're not afraid to try. You're just afraid to fail)
Discipline of action
Life is a continuous reduction of choices. (Young people have nothing to lose)
Why focus on the downside? Focus on the upside.
KPIs are important to make sure you're on the right track. So is a programme.

These lessons are as applicable in leadership as they are for entrepreneurs.

Much to think about over the coming days and weeks. Goal-setting to come.
